Meet your new summer obsession: fruit cones! These chocolate-dipped delights are bursting with fresh fruit, making them a perfect, healthy treat for picnics, parties, or just because. Say goodbye to melty ice cream and hello to a fun, refreshing dessert that’s as easy to make as it is delicious.
A colorful variety of fresh fruitsliced and chopped (mangoes are great because you can slice them so they stick way up out of the cone)
Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips using a double broiler or a microwave.
Spoon or pour the chocolate inside of the cone and twirl to coat. Shake off any excess.
Dip the cones again in the melted chocolate just so the rim is coated, and then dip into a bowl of your favorite sprinkles.
Place the cones on wax paper and refrigerate to set for 30 minutes.
Slice a colorful variety of fruits, stuff into the cones, and serve!
